- Around 30 lakh registrations were done for 2016 and 2017 Combined graduate level exam
- 14–15 lakh candidates actually took the pre-exam
- Around 1.90 lakh students were then selected for Tier 2 exam.
- The present vacancy stands at 8089 after the second round of collection. There will be one more round of vacancy selection and the finalvacancy may go up to 10–11k for 2017 SSC CGL.
- The ratio for the number of jobs to the number of candidates appearing in pre is 1:150
